The scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms of any specific engagement are governed by a separate written service agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. These Terms & Conditions apply generally to use of this website and our business relationship where no other agreement is in place.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for IT services are established in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Ask Erik Computer Services reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances beyond 30 days past due.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared in the course of the engagement. Ask Erik Computer Services will not disclose client systems, credentials, data, or business information to third parties except as required to provide the contracted services or as required by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or a service engagement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lane County, Oregon, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
